These terms cover engagements with isomore.tech ("we," "us," "the studio"). isomore.tech is a brand operated by Compass Ventures LLP, the registered business name under which we contract and deliver work. Booking a discovery call or signing off on a scope means you agree to them.
What we do
We design and build automation systems, n8n workflows, internal tools, customer-facing software, Claude custom skills, and related UI/UX, against your existing stack. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a fixed-price, fixed-scope proposal before any build work begins.
Engagement process
Discovery, scope, build, support. We agree on the workflow, timeline, and price upfront. Scope changes after that point are handled as a written change request with an updated price and timeline, not folded in silently.
Payment
Fixed-price engagements are invoiced per the schedule agreed in your proposal, typically a deposit before work starts and the balance on delivery or in milestones for larger builds. Retainers are billed on a recurring schedule agreed separately. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.
Ownership and handoff
You own what we build for you. Source code, workflow exports, and project data are handed over on completion or on request, no exceptions for lock-in. We may keep internal copies for support purposes unless you ask us not to. Pre-existing tools, libraries, or internal frameworks we bring to the project remain ours, but nothing we build for you depends on a piece we won't hand over.
Client responsibilities
You're responsible for giving us timely access to the tools, accounts, and people needed to scope and build the system, and for a business owner who can make decisions about how the process should work. Delays on access or sign-off can shift the delivery timeline.
Confidentiality
We treat your business data, credentials, and internal processes as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before discovery if you'd like one in place.
Warranties and liability
We build and test systems carefully, and we'll fix defects in delivered work within a reasonable support window after handoff. Beyond that, systems are provided as built and scoped. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party can end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point; we hand off whatever has been built, finished or not.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Terms agreed in a signed proposal take precedence over this page for that engagement.
Governing entity
The contracting party for isomore.tech engagements is Compass Ventures LLP(registered business name). isomore.tech is the brand and trading name used for our AI systems studio services.
